In an action to recover arrears of child support and college costs owed by the defendant pursuant to a separation agreement, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Green, J.), dated August 15, 1986, which, inter alia, granted that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for partial summary judgment for child support arrears and failed to search the record and grant the defendant summary judgment, inter alia, dismissing the plaintiff’s claim for attorneys’ fees.
