I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

T1 Six separate complaints alleging that Judge Jerry Colclazier committed "oppression in office" were presented to the Trial Division of the Court on the Judiciary (Trial Division). The Trial Division filed its judgment on November 27, 2001, finding by clear and convincing evidence that four instances of conduct constituted "oppression in office" and warranted removal from office. The Trial Division also determined that Judge Col-clazier was disqualified to hold any future judicial office in Oklahoma. The instances of conduct were not disputed by the judge.…
