A probate court granted an interlocutory decree of adoption. Eighty-seven days later the biological mother moved to set aside the decree. The probate court denied the motion. The biological mother appeals. The court of appeals certified the case to this court. The majority opinion affirms the ruling of the probate court. I would reverse.
