|tThe plaintiffs brought suit on behalf of their minor daughter after she sustained serious injuries in a four-wheeler accident. Included among the defendants was the owner of the land and a pipeline right of way where the accident took place. The owner filed a motion for summary judgment, contending that it was immune from liability for this accident under Louisiana’s Recreational Use Statutes.
