This breach of contract case is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. The material facts which are not in dispute are as follows:
Plaintiff, Louisiana Power & Light Company (hereinafter referred to as “LP&L”), entered into a contract with defendants, Allegheny Ludlum Industries, Inc. and Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Allegheny,”) in which Allegheny agreed to supply condenser tubing to LP&L for use at LP&L’s Waterford 3 nuclear power plant.
