McCurry appeals from a final judgment in a nonjury case awarding Mr. and Mrs. Eppolito damages in their legal malpractice action against appellant. We affirm.

In December 1980, the Eppolitos engaged Broward Builders, Inc., as the general contractor to construct their new home. The contract price for the construction project was $356,275. Thereafter, difficulties began to develop with the general contractor and it became necessary for the general contractor to be terminated.
