This is an appeal by Vernon Jubb, Delores Jubb, Alden Plummer, Virginia Plum-mer, Lawrence Hughes, and Pauline Logs-don from a final order of the Circuit Court of Mineral County entered on September 7, 1989. The lower court awarded judgment in favor of the appellees, Robert and Mary Lou Letterle, and found that certain restrictive covenants were not applicable to an entire tract of land being subdivided by the appellees.
