Martin v. State

Pending before this court is a pro se second petition filed by petitioner Lawrence Edward Martin to reinvest jurisdiction in the trial court to consider a petition for writ of error coram nobis. The State has filed a response to Martin's petition, and Martin subsequently filed a pending motion seeking leave to file a response to the State's response.
