Appellant plaintiff initiated an action to enforce an alleged right of first refusal in certain real property. Appellees counterclaimed alleging malicious interference with a contractual relationship between ap-pellees and Pearson Development Corporation for the purchase and sale of that property. The act alleged to be malicious and wilful interference was the filing for record of a fraudulent and void document, 1. e., the right of first refusal, for the purpose of clouding the title to the subject property.
