ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

NANCY G. EDMUNDS, District Judge.

Currently before the Court is Defendants William T. Farnsworth, Thomas L. Valko, Patricia L. Speilburg, and Marys-ville Public Schools’ motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff is Steven C. Jahn, father and personal representative of the estate of Steven Jacob Jahn, deceased. Because Plaintiff has not shown that a genuine dispute of material fact exists as to either his procedural due process claim or his substantive due process claim, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
