This court has previously denied a motion to withdraw as counsel on the grounds of excessive caseload filed by the Public Defender of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in LaPorte v. State, Second District Court of Appeal Case No. 85-2817. But by order of February 27, 1987, the Public Defender was notified that the motion in LaPorte would nonetheless be treated as a continuing motion to withdraw in all eases in which the Public defender was delinquent in filing briefs.
