MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

Plaintiff Elaine W. Blalock filed a complaint for employment discrimination against her employer, the Illinois Department of Human Services (“IDHS”), asserting claims of sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1967 (“Title VII”) and the Illinois Human Rights Act (“IHRA”) and disability discrimination in violation of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”). IDHS now moves to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6). I grant the motion in part and deny the motion…
