—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs and the defendant third-party plaintiff separately appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), entered June 11, 2001, which, upon so much of an order of the same court, entered January 12, 2001, as, in effect, upon renewal, granted the motion of the third-party defendants for summary judgment, dismissed the third-party complaint.
