Sinkler, J., Auditing Judge.

— Gilbert M. Neuburger died intestate on September 27, 1918, while serving in the United States Army. He left surviving his widow, Corrine S. Neuburger, a brother, Simon J. Neuburger, and two sisters, Jeannette N. Salsburg and Minnie Neuburger Honig. He left no issue. His life was insured under a policy of war risk insurance in the sum of $10,000, his wife, Corrine S. Neuburger, being designated as beneficiary. She received monthly instalments until her death on January 25, 1927. She was survived by a minor child, a daughter…
