This is an appeal from an order denying an application for an injunction to restrain the City of Fort Myers from issuing certain bonds for paving, installing storm sewers, water mains, sanitary sewers and a gas plant. The amount of. the proposed bond issue is 'four hundred and forty-five thousand dollars. It was provided for by an ordinance adopted by the City Commissioners calling an election to be participated in by the freeholders of the City to decide whether the proposed bond issue should be approved.
