The United Solid Rock Baptist Church has hardly been united or solidly constituted for more than the past year.

That is very evident from this action between members and officers of that church with regard to the election and membership in its deaconate and trustees and certain other actions taken by defendants. Plaintiffs seek declarations that the constitution provision for founding and permanent deacons is void as well as the provision giving the deacons veto power over the church membership.
