Appellee, Walter Burson, originally brought this suit in the Florida State court 1 upon two policies of insurance issued by appellant, seeking to recover the value of a used truck and trailer insured thereunder, and alleged to have been “taken from the possession of the plaintiff, insured, in such a manner as to come within the meaning of the said policies, to-wit: ‘Coverage D-l-Theft (Broad Form): Loss or damage * * caused by theft, larcency, robbery or pilferage.’ ” In máterial part, the answer disputed' coverage under the quoted clause, denied liability -generally for…
