On the original hearing of this case, the judgment against the Gas Company was reversed and the cause dismissed, and that judgment has become final. The judgment against appellant Hursey was affirmed with a remittitur which has been entered. The judgment in favor of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company and Thompson, Trustee, was affirmed.
