I. Introduction

Petitioner, Tajh Miller-Bey (“Petitioner”), presently confined at the Alger Maximum Correctional Facility in Munising, Michigan, has filed this pro se application for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
