This is a petition to review and revise the finding of the District Court of the Northern District of Illinois in favor of the respondent upon the following facts:

The Garden City Parlor Furniture Company, an Illinois corporation, was adjudged a bankrupt on an involuntary petition filed April 4, 1916. On April 5th the Central Trust Company was appointed receiver of the estate and assets of the bankrupt. Respondent, a corporation under the general incorporation laws of _ Illinois, was chartered for the purposes shown in the agreed statement of facts filed in this case and…
