This case came before the Court upon Creditor’s Motion for Imposition of Sane- tions Against Debtor, His Estate, Successors and/or Heirs and Debtor’s Counsel (“Creditor’s Motion for Sanctions”). 1 Leon Boyajan represented Debtor.
