DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

Defendant, Ray Smith, Jr., has appealed from his convictions in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas for aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence. We affirm.

On December 23, 1997, Defendant went to work at the Friendly's Restaurant ("Friendly's") on East Broad Street in Elyria, Ohio at 11:00 p.m. Defendant was employed there as a grill cook, but was there that evening to fill in for the janitor, who was out sick.
