*99 {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, William Troy West appeals from his convictions and sentence in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas for the sale of an unregistered security and the fraudulent act or practice in the sale of securities. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm West's convictions and sentence.
