On August 15', 1939, the Cleveland Mortgage and Investment Company, alleged to be the owner of mortgaged real estate, filed in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, a motion to set aside and vacate an order confirming a Master’s sale based on a final decree of foreclosure, and likewise to vacate and set aside the report made to the circuit court of the master’s sale. The order confirming the sale approved the execution and delivery of a Master’s deed to the real estate described in the final decree to Pinasco, Inc., a Florida corporation', and a stranger to the foreclosure…
