Applicant appeals from the Environmental Board’s refusal to reconsider its denial of applicant’s permit to build a golf course. We affirm.
On February 17, 1989, the Environmental 'Board issued a decision concerning an appeal from the District Environmental Commission’s denial of applicant’s land use permit. In this decision, the Board denied applicant’s permit and listed many deficiencies that would have to be corrected before a permit would be issued. No appeal was taken from this denial.
