Order unanimously reversed, without costs, and matter remitted to Supreme Court, Erie County, for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Appellant and his wife were divorced in 1977 and he was ordered to pay $135 per week alimony, an additional sum for child support and certain costs in maintaining the marital home. At the time of the divorce, appellant was an engineer employed at Calspan Laboratories and earning approximately $33,000 per year.
