FOR THE COURT:
¶1. Justine Nations was convicted of grand larceny by a Rankin County jury and sentenced as a habitual offender. On appeal, Nations argues that the circuit court erroneously allowed the State to amend her indictment to charge her as a habitual offender and to amend the items allegedly stolen. She also claims that her sentence exceeds the maximum allowed by statute at the time of her conviction and that the State “violated her rights” by offering plea bargains that exceeded the statutory maximum punishment for grand larceny.
