OPINION
GALBREATH, Judge.
The defendant was convicted on one of three indictments charging burglary in the first degree. Punishment of from five to eight years in prison was fixed by the jury. He had been previously convicted on his pleas of guilty to the three indictments of third degree burglary and sentenced to consecutive terms in the penitentiary of from three to ten years.
