This is an action for copyright infringement under the United States copyright laws, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq. In their complaint, plaintiffs Emi Mills Music, Inc., Universal-Polygram International Publishing, Inc., Dreamworks Songs, Billy Stray-horn Songs, Inc. and Universal Studios, Inc.
