FOSTER, Justice.

This is a proceeding to declare and enforce the statutory right of redemption at the suit of appellant. The cause was here on former appeal to settle a controversy between appellant and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation as to which of them owned and could exercise such right. On that appeal, it was ’held that this appellant had the right rather than the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, and it was remanded for further proceedings to enforce it. 239 Ala. 194, 194 So. 544.
