On July 15, 2015, a trial was held based on petitioner’s nonpayment summary proceeding which sought a warrant of eviction to recover possession of the above-captioned premises and $8,089 in rental arrears, plus fair use and occupancy, late fees, legal fees, costs, and disbursements.
