Defendants Mejia Real Estate Inc. and Winston Mackay move for omnibus relief, in which both defendants seek inspec*318tion of the Grand Jury minutes, suppression of evidence, discovery and disclosure.

Defendants’ motions are consolidated and determined as follows:

Those branches of defendants’ motions seeking release and inspection of the Grand Jury minutes and either reduction or dismissal of the indictment are granted to the extent that the court has examined the Grand Jury minutes and the controlling statutes in this matter to determine the legal sufficiency…
