MEMORANDUM RE OBJECTIONS TO PROOFS OF CLAIM

On July 5, 1979, the Debtors, Idak Corporation et al. filed petitions seeking arrangements with their creditors under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. The Debtors own and operate twen ty-seven nursing homes located throughout Massachusetts. 1 Those facilities aré the subject of these jointly administered arrangement proceedings.
