CRAHAN, Judge.

Joseph A. Montgomery (“Employee”) appeals from a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) denying compensation on his workers’ compensation claim against his employer, Missouri Department of Corrections and Human Resources (“Employer”). The Commission held that Employee failed to satisfy his burden of proof that he suffered an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment as claimed.
