OPINION
McDONALD, Chief Justice.
Appeal by plaintiff Taggart, and Interve-nor (plaintiff) Compton from a take-nothing judgment against defendant Crews, in Taggart’s suit for specific performance of a contract for sale of land, and Compton’s suit for real estate commission.
