Douglas Theater Corp. v. Chicago Title & Trust Co.

This opinion addresses two appeals and a cross-appeal from orders entered in a suit for specific performance involving certain real property located in Chicago, Illinois. A third appeal involving the same parties and concerning certain adjoining property has already been decided by another division of this court. See Douglas Theater Corp. v.
