The respondent, Laura Nicholson, appeals a superior court order granting a motion for taxation of costs filed by the petitioners, Carlos and Janet Martinez. We affirm.
The record supports the following. The petitioners (Martinez) and respondent Nicholson own adjacent properties in the Locke Lake subdivision in Center Barnstead. Martinez, claiming ownership by adverse *398possession, petitioned to quiet title to a portion of property that allegedly encroached upon Nicholson’s land.
