— This is an appeal from an order of the superior court denying a motion to vacate a judgment of conviction rendered by that court which imposed the death penalty for murder of the first degree after a plea of guilty; the motion in the court below was also for withdrawal of the plea of guilty, and for a stay of execution. The proceeding in the court below would thus appear to be an application for a writ of coram nobis. This court granted a stay of execution in order that defendant’s appeal might be considered.
