This is an appeal from a vacation order granting a temporary injunction by the district judge of Lubbock county, on the record indicated below. The record shows: ’That on March 2, 1912, appellee presented to the Honorable W. R. Spencer, Judge of the Seventy-Second Judicial District of Texas, her petition, as follows: “Nelle Green v. W. C.
