DUNCAN, Justice.

This appeal attacks a judgment for $2,200 rendered on appellee’s counterclaim after a general demurrer was sustained.to; appellants’ reply as amended.

On. January 10, 1947, appellee, Jerry West, then sixteen years of-age, who was joined 'by his parents, entered into a contract with one Jake Glenn. The contract provided that the infant was to become an employee of Glenn as stable, boy and jockey and that such employment was to continue for á period of five years.
