Plaintiff sued defendant in an action on the case for personal injuries suffered while working for defendant. The relation of master and servant existed between the parties at the time of the accident. A trial before the Circuit Court with a jury resulted in favor of plaintiff and a judgment upon the jury’s verdict against defendant for $7,500. We are asked to reverse this judgment upon the contentions that the trial court erred in sustaining the demurrer to the plea of the statute of limitations filed to the amended declaration;…
