Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed February 15, 2006, which denied Rocky Lopano’s request for reconsideration or full Board review.
Claimant was injured in 2002 and filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits listing Fresh Direct c/o FD Eroperty Holding, Inc. (hereinafter FD Eroperty) as his employer however, FD Eroperty denied that an employer-employee relationship existed with claimant.
