Appeal from Benton District Court. ' Creditor’s bill. 7— The amended petition charges, that the husband, Nelson NX. Fowler, was indebted to plaintiff and others; that he was insolvent; that he purchased some land (six acres) near Iowa Falls, in Hardin county, taking the title in the name of his wife; that he entered into possession, and made thereon valuable improvements, building a house, stable, etc., all with his own means and for the purpose of defrauding his creditors.
