WADDILL, Commissioner,
Upon an indictment charging him with the murder of his wife, the appellant, Ben Hasty, was convicted Of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to seven years in prison. On this appeal he- urges that the court erred in failing to instruct the jury upon the whole law of the case, -because no instructions were given on self-deferise and involuntary manslaughter. '
