This is an appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Mingo County, entered March 24, 1983, which denied the motion of the appellants, Arvel and Garna Delong, to set aside a jury verdict awarding them $10,500.00 in damages for the personal injuries and property damage they sustained as a result of the alleged negligence of the appellees, Kermit Lumber and Pressure Treating Company and Claude Jude.
