Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed November 21, 1997, which ruled that claimant’s back, neck, jaw and dental conditions were not causally related to his employment and denied his claim for workers’ compensation benefits.
In 1982, claimant, a hotel worker, was struck in the face by a luggage trunk. Based upon an injury to his nose, claimant filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits which resulted in a finding of accident, notice and causal relationship.
