This is an original proceeding commenced in this court whereby plaintiffs seek a writ of mandamus commanding the defendant district court of Weber county, Utah, and Hon. Eugene E. Pratt, one of the judges thereof, to hear and determine a motion filed in that court to vacate a sheriff’s sale of real property situated in Weber county, Utah.
