This case originated in the Probate Court of New Madrid County, Missouri, upon the plaintiff’s filing its demand against the estate of A. E. Allgier, deceased, based upon three invoices of merchandise, aggregating $459.62, purportedly sold in 1935 to the firm of Edmonds ■& Allgier, contractors and builders, Clarkton and Risco, Missouri.
