Mother appeals from a trial court order denying her motion to modify the parties’ dissolution decree by increasing father’s child support obligation. The trial court concluded that she had failed to show a substantial change in circumstances since the last order and that, even if she had shown a change, she had not shown sufficiently what the expenses of the children were at the time of the hearing. On de novo review, we conclude that mother did show a substantial change of circumstances. For the reasons stated below, we reverse and remand for a hearing on the merits of her claim for…
