Defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (unlawful possession of more than one ounce of marijuana). Defendant appeals. Held:

1. Defendant objected to the admission into evidence of the certified registration of the 1977 Mercury automobile which showed her as owner of the vehicle. Defendant’s objection is stated in terms of a lack of qualifying evidence and failure to show that the document was made in the regular course of business. See in this regard Stewart v.
